Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at help@avarawell.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We provide complimentary economy shipping on all orders to those who have joined our email list. Upgraded shipping may be purchased by the customer at checkout.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to the US.

When will my order ship, and when can I expect it?
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, with Standard Shipping, typically taking 5-7 business days. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may contact our team at help@avarawell.com to request a change or cancellation, however, once an order has been fulfilled, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Products

Do the products expire? What's the shelf life once opened?

All products have a 24-month shelf life.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

Our products are considered pregnancy friendly, but we recommend consulting with your doctor before use.

Are your products vegan?

Our Face Restore and Face Replenish are Vegan, while Eye Reveyve is not vegan due to containing ghee.

Are fragrances used in Avara Products?

Yes, we use eucalyptus oil in our products Face Restore and Eye Reveyve.

Are your products cruelty free?

All Avara products are cruelty free.

Are your products non-comedogenic?

Face Restore is non-comedogenic. This term means that the product does not contain ingredients known to cause breakouts. That said, a lot goes into whether your skin is prone to breakouts or not, and not all breakouts are actually acne. Good facial cleansing and the use of a a barrier treatment (like Face Restore) can actually reduce breakouts and improves your skin's microbiome.
